Can Sex Really Control You?
Hello Ladies and Gents,
I know that it has been a hot minute since I last posted a blog. I am going try to make sure that a long lapse like this never happens again. I know you are wondering, "Why am I writing on this topic?' Well my topic stems from a video that was posted on Facebook from YouTube. A lady by the name of Alexyss K.Tylor who happens to have authored a book entitled Vagina Power. In the video clip she discusses how a man's penis controlled a lady so much to the point that she slapped him. Her reason for slapping him was due the thought of him sharing himself with someone else led her to slap him. In listening to her remarks about this she goes on to discuss that we as women can get so caught up into a guys sexual organ that we allow him to control us. As I listened to this I realized that she did have some valid points that made a lot of sense.
I know that this is a topic that is shunned by most but it is a topic that should not be avoided. In our society today we see so many cases of people being murdered and injured due to infidelity and other reasons. However the common denominator of these crimes stem from sex. Could sexual addictions actually control how you handle situations. Could it be that sex can be a form of hypnotism for some. In my opinion, I believe it can be controlling. I have seen many issues where people have been killed due to the fact someone's partner slept with someone else. The Bible tells us that we should save ourselves for marriage. God did not say that just to be saying this either. Every time that you have sex with someone you are giving them a piece of you, not only physically but spiritually as well. As we all know our spiritual nature is far stronger than our physical nature. In other words you are surrendering a part of yourself to that person.
This is why God informs us that we should only give ourselves to our spouses. The ones who we are spiritually connected with through God. When we give ourselves to people who are not our spouses we are opening doors that can cause many problems that can initially be avoided. I myself am not judging anybody because I too am guilty of giving pieces of myself away. I have three children that were conceived out of wedlock. I am not proud of this fact but I don't regret the fact that they are here either. I love all five of my children. However, I can tell you that it has been a tough road raising the three oldest ones verses raising my last two who were conceived after I was married. I believe a lot of this could have been avoided if only I would have waited to have sex until after I was married. Now, back to the issue at hand. You have heard of the saying "whipped". Being whipped means that you are under someone else's control. Usually this means that a person is controlled sexually by another. When you submit yourself to someone such as sleeping with them you are saying yes, I give you permission to do or treat me however because I shared my most intimate side of me with you. This is how we allow ourselves to be whipped or on the other hand gain the upper hand on someone.
I constantly say this and I will say it again. Ladies, we have the power. The choice is up to us if we are going to misuse it by giving someone else the upper hand.
When I reposted that video, I know a lot of people did know how to respond. In my opinion yes sex can control you if you don't have a strong enough mind to know how to be responsible with it. Alexyss K. Tylor stated that we are using our sex organs to destroy each other. She has a point we has humans are using sex as revenge, bargaining, profit and so forth. Sex is a very powerful tool and if it is not handled properly it can do more damage than good. I could go on and on about this but I will save more for another time.
If you like to learn more about Alexyss K. Tylor you can google her. You can also watch her video feeds on YouTube. I must warn you some of her stuff is very graphic and I would not recommend this for an underage or immature audiences.
